Paul Berkobin is an inspiring performing, recording, writing and teaching artist.   Member of the cutting edge rock singer/songwriter group Berkobin and Corson, he's a passionate songwriter who's played for audiences around the country and overseas.

On stage, Paul is an amazing entertainer, with a gift for performing memorable concerts. As a songwriter, Paul fuses a versatile and prolific style. Through the years of writing, recording, and performing, he's developed an uncanny knack for creating magical songs. This skill has grown greatly through his work with writing partner Bob Corson, also of the group Berkobin and Corson. Working together, the two have teamed up to create a whole new rock sound. The songs are passionate, musical, driving and unique.

In addition to writing and performing with Berkobin and Corson, Paul is committed to teaching songwriting as his busy schedule permits. His work as a songwriting teacher is rostered by Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and he's taught students of all ages at schools, colleges, and festivals around the country.

Paul holds a BA from Penn State University in Fiction Writing. Paul fronted the nationally touring band Del Gattos for 6 years through the late 90's. He has shared the stage with nationally prominent singer/songwriters including: Elis Paul, Disappear Fear, Beth Neilson Chapman, Katie Curtis, John Gorka, and Greg Brown.   He's a 3-time ASCAP writer's award winner, and a collection of his material was a winner in the North American Crossroads Magazine 2000 Music Awards. Paul has studied with Grammy Award winning writers and many other masters of the craft, including, Jason Blume, Wendy Waldman, Steve Seskin and Beth Neilson Chapman. He is deeply committed to creating great music and performances for as many people as possible.
